The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice too. The location was perfect and easy, just next door to Santa Monica, airport and surrounding beaches. Also, a neighborhood park was 3 km away.

The hotel was fairly clean, I appreciated it.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. The helpful staff guided me to attractions on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable visit! I'm definitely coming back for a city trip.

I had a great time discovering nearby Veterans Memorial Park, less than a 5-minute walk away, and enjoying the excellent breakfast with a good choice at the hotel, perfect for recharging after my city strolls.

The location is great and close to freeways. Very nice building and access also all hallways and rooms are very clean also I really like the 12:00 check up with this all your customer have more time to check up. Thank you Gearrdo Linares

The thing I really didn't like was the tv very old and the imagen wasn't clear, I think you really need to replece this TV's for something more new.

Reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was magnificent close to the highway and huge outlet. The staff were all welcoming, and the room was non-smoking with breakfast. There was nice lighting, I liked it.

The Best Western Plus provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff. My room was clean and included essential amenities, such as a coffee machine and mini fridge, beneficial for my business trip. The breakfast offered a nice variety including eggs, bacon, and pastries. The location also allowed for convenient access to my meetings.

Parking was often full, making it challenging to find a space.

good central location, ample parking for all, good sized rooms and very comfortable. great security at night for vehicles... handy eatery outside would recommend and will visit again when applicable.

had problems with the 2 public telephones in foyer, room phone was fine. no issues otherwise!
